5. Do lithium batteries require maintenance?
   Lithium batteries do not require maintenance or water top-ups, making them a convenient choice for golf cart owners. However, they need to be balance charged periodically.
6. What is balance charging?
   Throughout normal use the batteries in the modular system can become out of balance, meaning that the voltage on them varies between each battery and performance degrades. A balance charge is where you will charge one battery at a time which will mean that they are all then fully charged and balanced when you connect them back together. We recommend doing this every 6 months. Contact us for details on how to do this. 
   

7. Can I add on more batteries to increase the runtime of the cart in the future?Yes, that is the beauty of the expandable/modular system. If you find that you aren't quite getting enough runtime out of it, simply buy another battery and add it to the system!
