The CSIRO has evaluated and certified the Power-Sonic PS Series as meeting the requirements of Australian Standard AS 1603.4 Appendix G-1987, specifically for automatic fire detection and alarm systems. The batteries are approved for use in fire control systems and are listed in the ActivFire® Register of Fire Protection Equipment (Certificate No afp-2285).
