No, but with your own convenience in mind by creating (or using) an account during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:

We use a number of shipping providers depending on the weight and destination of your order these include but are not limited too:

We will always try to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind the following:
- - We may ship your order in multiple shipments from different locations
- - Any items with stock issues you will be notified
- - For further details please go the shipping & delivery page
Orders can be placed online 24 Hours a day 7 days a week or you can phone us between the hours of 9am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday however please note:
- - As we are a battery wholesaler we are not open on weekends
- - We have a large office/warehouse and as we dont have a shop front and we have hundreds of orders being shipped out every day it is imperative that if you want to come in to pick up your order, that you order online and then call to arrange a pick up day/time. You can also call us to place your order direct if you dont wish to checkout online
- - This is to improve our service level to all customers as it can be very difficult to stop the supply chain to process a single order. We can process things in a very short amount of time through our streamlined process and have them ready for pick up from our warehouse but we need to know so it can be done in advance
Yes, we offer regular promotions and specials to our registered customers we also have the following:
- - wholesale login for approved business customers
- - accounts for approved customers with monthly purchases >$1000 per month
- - contract pricing for bulk quantities
At this time we only ship to Australian addresses:
- - we can supply customers in New Zealand with bulk quantities
- - unfortunatley we cannot supply retails customers in new Zealand at this time
- - we are working on setting up the distirbution network to New Zealand ETA: November 2020
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
